  • Snack: 8 unsalted or toasted almonds + 1 glass of fruit juice stretched with water
  • Lunch: fresh vegetable soup + 2 slices of buckwheat, kamut or quinoa bread + 1 kiwi
  • Snack: 2 oatmeal cookies + cherry tomatoes to eat raw

The contraindications of the diet: This is what you need to know
